More than anything, my job is about listening.

I want to be engaged in what I'm doing. I want to problem solve, and to figure things out, and create solutions to stuff that's going on. I don't want impossible tasks, but things with in my realm of abilities....and training to expand my abilities and knowledges, so I can solve bigger and more complicated problems.

I don't think that's asking a lot. In addition to my own job duties, I am temporarily in charge of the Clerks job duties and my boss's job as well. This isn't really that far outside normal, but for whatever reason (Mercury in Retrograde?) it's a little bit overwhelming.
